The 5th Tbilisi Silk Road Forum 2025
The 5th Tbilisi Silk Road Forum opened today — bringing together global leaders, investors, and innovators.
This prestigious biennial gathering welcomes more than 2,000 delegates from over 60 countries, including heads of state, prime ministers, ministers, senior government officials, leading business executives, and international organization leaders.
In an era of shifting geopolitical realities and evolving trade routes, the Forum stands as a strategic platform for dialogue and partnership for new investment opportunities across key sectors — from infrastructure, energy, and logistics to innovation, digital transformation, and sustainable development.
Among the distinguished guests are the Prime Minister of Georgia, who opens the event, and the Prime Minister of Azerbaijan, attending alongside high-level delegations and regional policymakers. The discussions spotlight Georgia’s role as a bridge between Europe and Asia and its importance along the Middle Corridor, connecting East and West.
The 2025 edition also introduces a new Finance Summit component, gathering top financiers, digital-economy experts, and policymakers to explore the future of trade finance, fintech, and investment flows across Eurasia.
SOCAR Energy Georgia proudly supports the Forum as a key sponsor and partner, reaffirming our commitment to advancing regional energy cooperation and sustainable growth throughout the Silk Road region.
