SOCAR Georgia’s Ethics and Compliance Helpline enables you to anonymously report violations and deficiencies concerning specific topics.

We appreciate your intention to provide accurate and truthful information to the Helpline and kindly ask you to consider the following:

• Anyone can submit complaints to the Helpline on violations and deficiencies strictly related to the specified topics.
• You are requested to familiarize yourself with the topics and submit only the text of your complaint that corresponds to these topics. Please note that complaints and other inquiries unrelated to the specified topics will not be investigated, and it cannot be guaranteed that they will be redirected appropriately.
• The deliberate submission of false or promotional information, as well as the use of offensive language, is strictly prohibited.
• Internal investigations may not be conducted if the anonymous information does not provide sufficient grounds for internal investigation, or if you fail to respond to inquiries aimed at     establishing contact with you for additional information.
• The Helpline ensures your anonymity; however, if your identity is revealed due to the nature of the information provided or for  other reasons, the confidentiality of your identity and the information provided will be safeguarded. Furthermore, protection is assured against any unlawful retaliatory conduct toward you for submitting information.
