This May, our HR team organized large-scale two-day teambuilding event held at Lopota Spa Resort in Kakheti, Georgia.

The event brought together nearly 400 employees from various companies within the holding, with the goal of strengthening team spirit, encouraging collaboration, and creating stronger connections across different departments and subsidiaries. The initiative also reflected the company’s ongoing commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture.

Throughout the event, participants had the opportunity to enjoy a variety of recreational and social activities while spending quality time with colleagues in a relaxed and inspiring environment.

One of the highlights of the event was a grand gala dinner, during which employees gathered to watch the UEFA Champions League Final together. The evening continued with a live music performance, creating a festive and energetic atmosphere. Later, participants enjoyed an after-party at the Jazz Club featuring a guest DJ, bringing the celebration to a memorable close.The two days were filled with positive emotions, meaningful interactions, and a strong sense of unity.
