Last week, within the framework of the ProEx in Finance program, SOCAR Energy Georgia hosted a professional visit for participants aimed at sharing practical experience and insights into the company’s operations and strategic initiatives.

As part of the visit, Mr. Rufat Hasanov, Chief Financial Officer of SOCAR Turkey, conducted a training session on “Enterprise Resource Planning Systems and Their Integration,” providing participants with an overview of modern ERP systems, integration processes, and their role in enhancing operational efficiency and financial management.

The participants also visited SOCAR Georgia Petroleum’s Kiziki oil base, first fully electric EV charging station and the Urbnisi complex, where they gained practical insight into the company’s infrastructure and innovative projects. In addition Director of SOCAR Georgia Petroleum, delivered a presentation focused on sustainable development and green energy initiatives implemented by the company.

The visit concluded with an exchange of experience and interactive question-and-answer sessions, during which participants discussed digital transformation, innovative business approaches, and sustainable development strategies. The event served as an effective platform for professional dialogue, knowledge sharing, and strengthening cooperation between industry professionals and program participants.
