
Health Week for Our Team
Last week, SOCAR’s headquarters traditionally hosted a Health Week dedicated to improving the well-being of our employees.
As part of the Health Week, we created a diverse program that covered both mental and physical health:
• Healthy Mind: Practical workshops on stress management, mindfulness, and meditation to increase emotional resilience and productivity.
• Healthy Body: Practical exercises and holistic approaches to increase vital energy and improve daily routines.
• Healthy Eating: Meeting with a nutritionist - principles of informed nutrition, the “Harvard Plate,” and finding balance in a busy schedule.
• Self-Defense Techniques: Studying self-defense techniques based on the basics of Jiu Jitsu and Krav Maga in the office.
• Preventive check-up: on-site consultations with an otolaryngologist and ophthalmologist.
• Charity event: Blood bank invitation and blood donation for children suffering from leukemia.
SOCAR has established a tradition, a culture of a safe and healthy workplace and promotes the well-being of its team members, both at work and outside of it.
