On December 24, SOCAR Energy Georgia held its Annual General Meeting for the second consecutive year, continuing the tradition of bringing together the management team to reflect on results achieved and align on priorities for the year ahead.

The meeting provided a comprehensive overview of the Group’s performance in 2025, as well as key strategic objectives and challenges planned for 2026. Presentations were delivered by the Directors of SOCAR Georgia Gas and SOCAR Georgia Petroleum, highlighting operational achievements, business growth, and focus areas for further development.

During the meeting, the General Director of SOCAR Energy Georgia, Mr. Mahir Mammedov, addressed the audience, emphasizing the importance of teamwork, responsibility, and continuous development as the foundation of the company’s long-term success. In his remarks, he expressed sincere appreciation to the Head Office of SOCAR in Baku, Azerbaijan, for its continuous support, guidance, and strategic direction, which remain essential to the Group’s sustainable development in Georgia. He also recognized six colleagues for their many years of dedicated service in the energy sector and their loyalty to the company.

As in the previous year, the Annual General Meeting served as an important platform for open dialogue, shared understanding, and alignment across the Group. Up to 100 managers from SOCAR’s group companies operating in Georgia attended the event.
