Last week, employees from the entire SOCAR Holding in Georgia took part in a large-scale teambuilding event held in Kakheti, Georgia.

The event brought together around 300 employees from across all subsidiaries, aiming to strengthen team spirit, improve internal communication, and foster stronger connections among colleagues. Most importantly, it reflected the company’s continuous commitment to creating a supportive and engaging work environment.

Participants had the opportunity to join various activities of their choice, including Bowling, Tennis, Volleyball, Swimming, Golf, and more —or simply relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.

In the evening, everyone gathered for a festive dinner accompanied by live music from a band, creating a joyful and celebratory mood. To close the day, all employees enjoyed watching the UEFA Champions League Final together —an experience that brought even more unity and excitement to the group.

The day was filled with positive emotions, dynamic engagement, and a shared sense of unity.
