In honor of International Children’s Day, SOCAR  organized a series of special activities to help our employees’ children discover the world behind their parents’ professions.

Following an initiative from our head office, SOCAR offices around the world joined in celebrating this meaningful occasion.

As part of the celebration, we welcomed the children of our employees to the SOCAR Georgia Petroleum Laboratory, where they had the opportunity to explore the fascinating world of applied science and energy quality control.

During the visit, our young guests observed how specialists test petroleum and diesel products, learned about the importance of fuel quality standards, and discovered the advanced equipment used in our daily operations.

The experience allowed children to better understand the nature of their parents’ work, the skills required in the energy industry, and the role innovation and technical expertise play in ensuring quality and safety. At the same time, the visit provided an engaging and enjoyable learning experience that sparked curiosity and enthusiasm.
