
Celebrating completion of the year-long leadership development program
In 2025, SOCAR Energy Georgia and it’s subsidiaries successfully completed a comprehensive leadership development initiative designed to cultivate a unified leadership profile across the organization, strengthen operational excellence, and support long-term sustainable growth.
Throughout the year, mid-level managers participated in a series of targeted trainings and workshops aligned with SOCAR’s globally defined leadership competencies. These competencies—Accountability, Safety, Care, Continuous Development, and One Team—form the foundation of our corporate culture and reflect the values that guide SOCAR’s operations worldwide.
The program provided participants with level-appropriate tools and frameworks to enhance decision-making, strengthen team leadership, and foster a shared approach to performance and accountability across all business units in Georgia.
Upon completion of the program, colleagues came together to celebrate their progress and achievements. The closing event featured a friendly shuffle board championship, offering an engaging and memorable way to mark the culmination of a year dedicated to collaboration and growth.
The initiative stands as a testament to SOCAR’s commitment to developing our people, empowering future leaders, and continuously investing in a values-driven organizational culture.
