Mr. Fuad Ahmadov holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Finance from Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC).

He started his professional activity in 2006 as a Treasury Specialist at a local commercial bank. Over the course of his career path, he has served as an Auditor and Consultant at Ernst & Young and has held Chief Financial Officer positions in the telecommunications, logistics, and infrastructure sectors.

Since 2023, Mr. Fuad Ahmadov served as an Advisor to the Vice President of SOCAR, prior to his appointment as Chief Financial Officer at SOCAR Energy Georgia in 2025
